You may hear that pool homes are not eligible nut there is a way to get it done. This is a great loan the rates are really good and there is no MI so the payment would be less than an FHA loan. The difference is that with FHA your buyers can buy any where and with USDA your restricted to just the USDA area. Check the maps out you may be surprised. If your in Volusia county almost all of Orange City is USDA some Debary homes and I even found an area in Port Orange.
