Approved Title is now helping Realtors negotiate there short sales. This process will be done through our Company Approved Processing. We will contact the seller on your behalf and get all documentation to the lender. In todays market it doesn't hurt to have some help with all the paperwork lenders are asking for to accept a short sale. This will give you more time to list more property and show houses. This is just another way we are working harder to earn your business and make the process somewhat smoother.

Another problem we have seen in todays industry is title company's not pulling a title order until the end of the transaction only to find out that there are more liens than anyone knew about and then you are back to square one with the transaction. If you give us the title order on the transaction we will complete the title first so there are no suprises.

We would love the opportunity to have the title order on these transactions but it is not mandatory we can process the short sale and another title company can close the transaction.
