From his attentiveness to my every word, positive and welcoming personality, and sincerity in appreciation (to include his wife) for our military service, I had no doubt that we could fully trust him/his services.

Vance made our qualification process smooth and stress free. He was efficient, effective and exceptional!! In a matter of 5 minutes of uploading all documentation via a portal (which is SUPER easy to use by the way), he called me back with the most amazing news “You can get a house today if you wanted to”. We had been PRE-APPROVED for the amount we wanted.

I loved the simplicity of the portal utilized in during qualification . There are a number of tasks that you’re assigned which is very helpful in identifying your progress to completion of those tasks. When additional documents were needed, Vance notified me so that I could know to expect an email with the added task.

Throughout the process, Vance sent creative & personalized videos detailing each step of the way. He even sent a video explaining the loan estimate so that we could understand the numbers. This was super helpful and is an amazing resource to have to be able to go back and reference with easy accessibility.

Vance is very responsive and communicative. I’ve never experienced any delays in response time, nor have I ever had to double text or email him for a reply. He doesn’t rush through questions nor answers. He takes his time to explain things to ensure that you gain knowledge throughout the journey. Exceptional is what I’d describe our experience as.
